⋆˙⟡ — general❗ do not reproduce, modify, trace, or claim my artwork as your own
❗ do not use my artwork for any AI-related or blockchain activities
❗ reposting only allowed for clients and only with credit (link to any of my page)
❗ i retain the rights to upload my works in my portfolio, social media, and other places to promote my work (i'm fine with uploading later if you want me to only upload after a certain time)⋆˙⟡ — commission contenti have the right to decline a commission request, but generally:
⭕️ ok : oc, fanart, girls!!, body horror
❌️ no : nft, nudity, furry, hate art, political attributes
🔺️ not my forte but i'm willing to learn : boys, mecha⋆˙⟡ — commission output✧ commission results will be in PNG format unless a different format is asked for
✧ there will be at least 2 versions of the artwork: with and without watermark
✧ timelapse recording can be provided if needed, but only within 30 days after the final delivery of the commission (due to storage reasons)⋆˙⟡ — usage and rights✧ commission defaults to personal use only such as using it as profile picture, header, ttrpg icon, etc.
✧ commercial rights fees will be charged for profitable use such as merchandising, mass printing and distribution, using it as subscription reward, etc.⋆˙⟡ — work periodi try my best to deliver within 14 days for general art and 30 for paper dolls after i start working on the piece. the more add-ons requested, the more time it will take for me to work. rush commissions can be discussed first and will be charged extra.⋆˙⟡ — payment and refunds✧ payment in USD through ko-fi, artistree, or paypal (please ask first!)
✧ full payment only - installments can be discussed for commissions totaling >$100
✧ strictly no cancellation and chargeback allowed
✧ full refund will be given if i can't continue the commission due to my own conditions
